5. Approve minutes of 30 June 2022 and 8 September 2022

6. Matters Arising:

  • Green Close potholes – will be fixed in the next 3 months

  • Tree in Moory Croft – CCC have been asked to replant this tree

  • Footpath 40 blocked near 5 Acres salvage yard - IG has chased CCC and the matter is now being dealt with by the enforcement team, waiting for the new officer to be appointed

  • Replacement of parish streetlights

  • Purchase of new machinery for village maintenance

  • Grass cutting standardization

  • Holiday activities for kids - joint project with other parishes

  • Current LHI bid - halos

  • Potential LHI bids for 22/23 – speed limit Dillington

  • Pedestrian crossing repainted

  • Blocked drains – Green Lane and The Green/Highway – Highways Manager agreed to re-do

  • Blocked Highway in Perry- WM - IG will raise with the new officer once appointed

  • Footpath from Dillington to The Green - possible CIL application

  • Motorbikes – email from PCSO dated 11 July needs responding to

  • Speed Limit Dillington - still waiting for a reply from CCC

  • Staughton Moor planning enforcement - monthly updates from HDC/CCC

  • 21/01016/FUL – Little America, Moor Road – 8 business units – objections submitted, still await a response from HDC

  • Wyboston Garden Village/developments in Beds near A1 – ongoing

  • 21/02698/CLED – The Cook House, 14 Little America Industrial Estate – Lawful Development Certificate B2 and B8 – ongoing - objections sent to HDC

  • Appeal Against Enforcement Notice 21/00092/ENUCO – 11 Little America Industrial Estate – ongoing

  • 22/00807/CLED Lawful Development Certificate B2 for Car Repair - consultation – 12 Little America Industrial Estate – response sent to HDC on 20 May

  • 22/01800/HHFUL and 22/01801/LBC 74 The Highway – extension, boundary wall – no comments/objections

  • 22/01527/TREE – 12 The Highway – application to reduce size of trees – no comments/objections
