· Green Close potholes – will be fixed in the next 3 months

· Tree in Moory Croft – CCC have been asked to replant this tree

· Footpath blocked near 5 Acres salvage yard - IG has chased CCC and the matter is now being dealt with by the enforcement team

· Pavilion repairs

· Drainage at new development

· Local Government Association Model Code of Conduct

· Councillor Nomination forms

· LHI 22/23 – bid has been submitted

· Blocked drains – Green Lane and The Green/Highway

· Footpath works The Causeway, near school – CCC will be asked to look at this again

· Blocked Highway in Perry- WM - IG will raise with the new officer

· Motor bikes – still awaiting a response from PCSO

· Footpath from Dillington to The Green - WM

· Speed Limit Dillington - waiting for a reply from Calvin at CCC

· Rerouting of footpath near new housing development– WM and JD

· Staughton Moor planning enforcement - monthly updates from HDC/CCC

· 21/01016/FUL – Little America, Moor Road – 8 business units – objections submitted, still await a response from HDC

· Wyboston Garden Village/developments in Beds near A1 – ongoing

· 21/02698/CLED – The Cook House, 14 Little America Industrial Estate – Lawful Development Certificate B2 and B8 – ongoing - objections sent to HDC

· S142 Licence to Cultivate the Highway 35 the Town

· 22/00301/LBC – 1 Cage Lane - garden shed – no objections

· Proposed Solar Farm on land to the south of High Wood – emails circulated

· Appeal Against Enforcement Notice 21/00092/ENUCO – 11 Little America Industrial Estate – reply required by 11th April 2022
